(A) One print of the approved preliminary plan, signed by the Mayor and the City Clerk, shall be retained in the City Clerk’s office and two copies in the office of the City Engineer.
(B) One signed copy is authorization for the subdivider to proceed with the preparation of plans and specifications for the minimum improvements required in these rules and regulations and with the preparation of the final plat.
