§ 153.074 CITY COUNCIL ACTION.
   The preliminary plans shall be submitted to the City Council and copies submitted to the Chairpersons of Street and Bridge, Water and Sewer, Gas and Electric Committees, at least ten days prior to the regular meeting of the Council to receive action thereon at that meeting.
