§ 153.059 LOTS ABUTTING WATERCOURSES, DRAINAGE WAYS, CHANNELS OR STREAMS.
   Lots abutting a watercourse, drainage way, channel or stream, shall have additional minimum width or depth as required to provide an adequate building site.
