§ 153.006 PERMITTED PHASING.

The City Council may permit the development of a subdivision in two or more phases; provided that the subdivider shall submit a detail plan showing the arrangement of lots in the entire subdivision, together with all rights-of-way, easements and roads, necessary to comply with this chapter and to demonstrate that development of the entire subdivision is feasible.
