§ 151.11 REVOCATION OF PERMIT.
   The Building Official may revoke a permit in case there has been any false statement or misrepresentation as to a material fact in the application or plans on which the permit was based. The Building Official may revoke a permit when work is performed contrary to the provisions of the application or plans on which the permit is based. When a permit is revoked, the Building Official shall inform the permittee in writing of the specific steps the permittee must take in order to have the permit reissued. It is unlawful to continue any work authorized by a permit after revocation of that permit and until the permit is reissued or until a new permit is issued.
