All work for which a permit is required shall be subject to inspection by the Building Official or a duly authorized representative. It is unlawful to refuse to permit the Building Official, or his or her representative, to enter the premises or structure at any reasonable time to make an inspection. It is unlawful to interfere with or hinder the Building Official or his or her representative when in the performance of his or her duties.
