§ 150.03 MAYOR WITH COUNCIL APPROVAL TO ASSIGN NUMBERS.
   The Mayor shall have the authority to assign initial street numbers to, or change street numbers of, buildings and lots within the city limits of the city, with the approval of the City Council, upon request from any interested person or upon the Mayor’s own initiative.
