§ 130.04 “SOAPING” WINDOWS OF PROPERTY.

Any person found guilty of applying, smearing or using any substance including, but not limited to, soap, tallow or chalk, upon the windows or glass of any property belonging to another, without the consent of the owner or possessor of the property, shall be fined.
