(A) The aggregate retail value of all prizes or merchandise awarded by licensee in a single raffle and the maximum retail value of each prize awarded by license in a single raffle shall net exceed $25,000.
(B) The maximum price which may be charged for each raffle chance issued or sold shall not exceed $100.
(C) The maximum number of days during which chances may be issued or sold shall not exceed 180 consecutive days.
