§ 118.01 LICENSE.
   The city will issue licenses to religious, charitable, labor, business, fraternal; educational, or veterans’ organizations to operate raffles, as long as the raffles are operated consistent with this chapter and with the Illinois Raffles Act (ILCS Ch. 230, Act 15, §§ 1 et seq.).
