§ 117.07 STANDARDS OF MATERIALS AND INSTALLATIONS.
   All equipment and materials used in the drilling of wells, or in equipping or operating the same, and all tanks, pipe lines, valves and fittings shall be of standard design and quality such as are in common use by the petroleum industry, and shall be installed and maintained in accordance with standard practices in the industry. No wooden derricks shall be used. Suitable hand fire extinguishers in good working order shall be provided and kept in each derrick while a well is being drilled.
