§ 115.58 SALE TO INTOXICATED PERSON; HABITUAL DRUNKARD.

It is unlawful for any holder of a retail liquor dealers license to sell, deliver or give any alcoholic liquor to any intoxicated person or to any person known to him or her to be an habitual drunkard, spendthrift or insane, feeble-minded or distracted person.
