(A) No license shall be issued for the sale at retail of any alcoholic liquor within 100 feet of any church, school, hospital, home for the aged or indigent persons or for veterans, their wives or children.
(B) For churches, the measurement of 100 feet shall be measured by beginning at the property line of the prospective licensee and ending at the part of the exterior of the worship portion of the church building that is closest to the prospective licensee.
(C) For: (i) schools, (ii) hospitals, or (iii) homes for the aged or indigenous persons or for veterans, their wives or children, the measurement of 100 feet shall be measured by beginning at the property line of the prospective licensee and ending at the property line of those places listed in (i) through (iii) of this division.
