(A)   The hours of operation of a licensee holding a retail liquor license under this chapter shall be between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 11:30 p.m.
   (B)   No alcoholic liquor shall be sold on Sundays, except by the holders of a valid city Class C or Class G liquor license during the hours of 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and by holders of a Class C liquor license during the hours of 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. All sales of alcoholic liquors on Sunday by holders Class C, Class D or Class G liquor licenses shall be for consumption only on the premises where sold as required of all Class C, Class D and Class G liquor license holders.
   (C)   Nothing in this section shall require the licensees to operate for all hours available for operation under this chapter.
