(A) The hours of operation of a licensee holding a retail liquor license under this chapter shall be on Mondays through Saturdays between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 11:30 p.m.
(B) On Sundays, the hours of operation of a licensee holding a retail liquor license under this chapter shall be between the hours of 12:00 p.m. (noon) and 9:00 p.m. All sales of alcoholic liquors on Sunday by holders of Class C, Class D or Class G liquor licenses shall be for consumption only on the premises where sold as required of all Class C, Class D and Class G liquor license holders.
(C) Nothing in this section shall require the licensees to operate for all hours available for operation under this chapter.
