§ 115.21 NUMBER OF LICENSES.
   (A)   The total number of all Class A licenses issued and in force at any time in any year shall not exceed four.
   (B)   The total number of all Class B licenses issued and in force at any time in any year shall not exceed four.
   (C)   There shall not be a limit to the number of Class C licenses issued and in force.
   (D)   The total number of all Class D licenses issued and in force at any time in any year shall not exceed four.
   (E)   The total number of all Class E licenses issued and in force at any time in any year shall not exceed four.
   (F)   The total number of all Class G licenses issued and in force at any time in any year shall not exceed one.
   (G)   There shall not be a limit to the number of Class I licenses issued and in force.
   (H)   There shall not be a limit to the number of Class J licenses issued and in force.
   (I)   There shall not be a limit to the number of Class K licenses issued and in force.
   (J)   There shall not be a limit to the number of Class L licenses issued and in force.
   (K)   There shall not be a limit to the number of Class M licenses issued and in force.
   (L)   There shall not be a limit to the number of Class N licenses issued and in force.
   (M)   There shall not be a limit to the number of Class O licenses issued and in force.
   (N)   There shall not be a limit to the number of Class P licenses issued and in force.
   (O)   The total number of all Class Q licenses issued and in force at any time in any year shall not exceed one.
