§ 113.01 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to do business in the city as an itinerant merchant without having first secured a license therefor as is herein provided.
   (B)   For the purpose of this chapter, any merchant engaging or intending to engage in business as a merchant in the city for a period of time not exceeding 100 days shall be considered as an ITINERANT MERCHANT, provided that peddlers shall not be considered ITINERANT MERCHANTS.
