§ 111.02 CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION.
   Every person desiring to engage in soliciting as herein defined from persons in residences within this municipality, is hereby required to make written application for a certificate of registration as hereinafter provided. The certificate shall be carried by the solicitor.
