§ 94.082 NITROGLYCERINE; TNT.
   It shall be unlawful to keep or store any nitroglycerine or the explosive commonly known as TNT in the city in any quantities, excepting for medical or laboratory purposes, and for those purposes no more than one-quarter ounce shall be stored in any one building or premises.
