§ 94.080 FIREWORKS.
   (A)   It is unlawful to store any fireworks in the city excepting as may be necessary for the performance of a public exhibition of pyrotechnics, as hereinafter provided for. Any storage must be under the supervision of and subject to the approval of the Fire Chief.
   (B)   It is unlawful to sell or offer for sale any fireworks or pyrotechnics in the city; provided that public exhibitions of fireworks and pyrotechnics may be given if a permit therefor be granted by the Mayor and City Council.
   (C)   These exhibitions shall be given subject to the supervision of the Fire Chief or of some person designated by him or her.
