(A) Any person, firm or corporation owning or controlling premises upon which any nuisances as defined in § 94.052 is located, who fails to abate or correct the nuisance within 30 days after having been notified by the Police Department of the city to abate the nuisance, shall be fined.

(B) If any nuisance, as defined in § 94.052 is not abated by the person, firm or corporation owning or controlling the premises upon which the nuisance is located, within 30 days after notice has been given, as provided in division (A) above, then the Police Department of the city shall abate the nuisance by removal, destruction or otherwise.
