No person, firm or corporation shall engage in the business of filling tanks, cylinders or drums with volatile gas under pressure, when the tanks, cylinders or drums are to be moved to other locations, unless all operations for filling the tanks, cylinders or drums are at least 100 feet from each boundary line of the premises used for these operations.
