§ 92.130 BUILDING OF FOUNDATION; RESTRICTED BY WEATHER.
   No foundations will be built when the weather is so that injury from frost cannot be prevented. No heavy stone work may be set in inclement weather or until the cement in the foundation shall have had time to harden thoroughly.
