§ 92.118 MARKERS; REQUIREMENTS; PLACEMENT IN BLOCKS A, B, C AND D.
   Markers shall be flush with the ground. All lettering on surface markers must be cut in or incised. In Blocks A, B, C and D, the west line of markers shall be placed on the west line of the lot and in all other blocks, the east line of the markers shall be placed on the east line of the lot.
