The maximum size of a memorial to be placed upon a lot shall be as follows:
(A) A memorial for one-grave lot shall not exceed two feet, eight inches in length;
(B) A memorial for a two-grave lot shall not exceed eight feet in length;
(C) A memorial for a four-grave lot shall not exceed 16 feet in length;
(D) The width of the base shall not exceed the depth of monument space available on the lot, and in no case may the base extend over an occupied grave;
(E) The height of a memorial, including base, shall not be more than four feet from level of ground; and
(F) The east line of a memorial shall be on the east line of all lots in Blocks A, B, C and D. In all other blocks, the west line of any memorial shall be on the west line of lot.
