The city and cemetery personnel are not liable for injuries to persons walking, jogging, bicycling or in any other way exercising on cemetery property. The city and cemetery personnel will not be liable for damage to vehicles or other personal property which may occur on cemetery property, while they are working, mowing or weedeating.
