§ 92.089 OPERATION OF AUTOMOBILES.
   (A)   Automobiles shall not be driven through the grounds at a greater speed than 15 mph, and must always be kept on the right-hand side of the cemetery roadway, unless otherwise directed by the sexton, or his or her assistants. Automobiles are not allowed to park or to come to a full stop in front of an open grave unless the automobiles are in attendance at the funeral. Automobiles must not turn in the driveways or avenues but must proceed to the next intersection before changing direction.
   (B)   Motor cars and vehicles must be kept under complete control at all times. When meeting a funeral procession, they must stop until the procession passes. They must not pass a funeral procession going in the same direction. Motor cars must not be left with the engine running and the emergency brake must be set when the driver is not in his or her seat. Mufflers must not be open nor the horn sounded within the cemetery.
   (C)   No motor car, vehicle or animal shall be driven across or upon any grave, lot or lawn nor parked or left thereon. It is prohibited to park or leave any motor car or vehicle on any road or driveway within the cemetery at a location or in a position as to prevent any other car or vehicle from passing the same, and if so parked or left, the motor car or vehicle will be removed with the towing expense charged to the owner of the car.
