§ 92.082 BURIAL IN VETERANS’ CEMETERY.

Before a veteran may be buried in the Veterans’ Cemetery, he or she must have fulfilled all requirements as set forth by the Veterans’ Cemetery Committee (a committee of the Veterans of Foreign Wars organization). If these requirements have not been fulfilled, the burial may be denied by the cemetery sexton or Chairperson of the Cemetery Committee of the City Council.
