§ 92.078 IMPROVEMENTS OR ALTERATIONS MADE WITHOUT WRITTEN CONSENT.

Should any improvements or alterations be made without written consent of the sexton, he or she shall have the right to remove, alter or change the improvements or alterations at the expense of the plot owner.
