§ 92.077 CARE OF CEMETERY.

All openings and closings of graves, and all interments, shall be made only by the cemetery personnel. Cemetery personnel shall oversee and supervise any disinterment or removal and will be performed by a private contractor that has been approved by the cemetery sexton.
