§ 92.067 NUMBER OF BURIALS ALLOWED IN GRAVE, VAULT, CRYPT, OR NICHE; EXCEPTION.
   Not more than one body and one cremation remains or no more than three cremation remains shall be interred in one grave, vault, or crypt, except by written consent of the sexton and provided proper identification is made of the interment or interments on one regulation crypt, memorial or marker. Only one cremation remains shall be placed in a niche.
