§ 92.066 SEXTON’S AUTHORITY WHEN LOCATION OF INTERMENT SPACE IN A LOT IS UNOBTAINABLE OR INDEFINITE OR INTERMENT SPACE CANNOT BE OPENED WHEN SPECIFIED.
When instructions regarding the location of an interment space in a lot cannot be obtained, or are indefinite, or when, for any reason, the interment space cannot be opened when specified, the sexton may, in his or her discretion, open it in a location in the lot as he or she deems best and proper, so as not to delay the funeral; neither the sexton nor the city shall be liable in damages for any error so made.
