§ 92.052 SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS; FEES AND CHARGES.

Interments, disinterments and removals on Sundays and holidays are regarded with disfavor; when necessary, these services are subject to special additional charges. An additional charge shall be made when any service necessitates payment for overtime labor. All charges shall be fixed by the sexton, if not specifically fixed by ordinance.
