It shall be unlawful to engage in the setting of traps of any kind for trapping animals or birds for their furs, skins, hides or feathers or for game, or sport within the municipality except for the ordinary rat or mouse traps set within the confines of a house or building and not outside where a child or animal may be injured or caught.
