§ 90.092 FURBEARING ANIMALS, FUR FARMS AND FUR PROCEDURES.
   It shall be unlawful to raise, keep, confine, enclose, pen, harbor or house furbearing animals within the municipality, except in an impoundment capacity. It shall be no defense to a violation of this section that the violator has attempted to domesticate the furbearing animal. Any furbearing animal found not in compliance with this section shall be immediately seized and placed in an approved facility. The owner or keeper of an furbearing animal not in compliance with this section shall be held liable for any personal injury or property damage and responsible for any costs connected to the seizure and impoundment as well as all fees and fines levied against the violator.
