§ 90.067 KENNELS; CATTERY; BREEDERS; DEALERS; PROHIBITIONS.

It shall be unlawful to operate a kennel or cattery engaged in the business of breeding or raising dogs or cats for the purpose of selling or dealing them for profit or compensation within the municipality except by a licensed pet shop.
