§ 90.056 INOCULATION.
   (A)   Every owner of a dog or cat, four months or more of age, shall cause the animals to have an inoculation against rabies by a licensed veterinarian, and to keep these inoculations current, and up to date.
   (B)   Each owner shall be responsible for keeping the rabies certificate issued by a licensed veterinarian as proof of the inoculation, and shall make it available for inspection by the Administrator or animal control warden or any other law enforcement officer upon demand.
   (C)   Every owner of a dog or cat so inoculated shall cause the animal to wear a metal or plastic rabies tag issued by a licensed veterinarian attesting to the inoculation attached to a collar or harness at all times.
   (D)   The owner or custodian of any animal which exhibits clinical signs of rabies, whether or not the animal has been inoculated against rabies, shall immediately notify the animal control warden or the Administrator.
