§ 90.018 DUTIES OF ANIMAL CONTROL WARDEN.

Duties of an animal control warden shall include issuance of and service of citations and orders for violations of this chapter, the policing and inspection of all animals restrained or confined or running at large, within the city and the apprehension and impoundment of animals found in violation of this chapter, and the termination of these animals where found necessary.
