(A) It shall be unlawful to park or stand any vehicle, whether occupied or not, at the following locations in the city, except temporarily, for the purpose of and while actually engaged in loading or unloading property or passengers in the following area designed “loading zone:”

(B) The Chief of the Police Department shall post or cause to be posted suitable loading zone signs at the locations described above.
