SCHEDULE IX. DOUBLE PARKING.

No double parking shall be had on the street known as Main Street of the city beginning at a point known as East Fourth Street and Main Street and running west on Main Street to the railroad tracks of the Baltimore and Ohio Southwestern Railroad Company.
