(A) Generally. It shall be unlawful to park or stand any vehicle other than a passenger car at the following locations in the city, designated “Passenger Car Only Parking Areas:”

(B) Definitions. For the purpose of this schedule, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
MULTIPURPOSE PASSENGER VEHICLE. Includes a passenger carrying vehicle which is constructed either on a truck chassis or with special features for occasional off-road operation.
PASSENGER CAR. Includes a motor vehicle that is designed for carrying not more than ten persons, but shall not include a multipurpose passenger vehicle.
