(A) No parking areas during hours 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. It shall be unlawful to park or stand any vehicle during the hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Fridays at the following locations in the city, designated “No Parking Areas During Hours 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday Through Friday:”

(B) No parking areas during hours 1:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. every day for street sweeping purposes. It shall be unlawful to park or stand any vehicle during the hours from 1:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. every day at the following locations in the city, designated “No Parking Areas During Hours 1:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. Monday Through Friday:”
