(A) It shall be unlawful to park or stand any vehicle for more than five continuous minutes on the following streets and locations for the period beginning on the first day of each month and ending with the eleventh day of each month:

(B) Any person, firm or corporation found guilty of violating this section shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $100 for each offense.
(C) The city police are authorized and directed to place signs to properly designate the five-minute parking limits as described above.
