   (A)   It is unlawful to park or stand any vehicle for more than ten consecutive minutes on the following streets and locations within the city limits:

   (B)   The Chief of the Police Department shall post or cause to be posted suitable ten-minute parking signs at the locations facing the traffic approaching the locations in the direction of travel on the streets.
