(A) It shall be unlawful to park or stand any vehicle for more than two hours continuously at the following locations in the city, designated “Two-Hour Parking Areas:”

(B) Vehicles cannot be parked for more than two continuous hours on the following streets and locations: both sides of Southeast Second Street from Center Street south to the east-west alley which is directly south of the Fairfield Public Library.
(1) The fine for exceeding the two-hour parking limit established by this division shall be $5.
(2) The two-hour parking limits as required by this division shall be in effect as listed below:

(3) The city police are hereby authorized to place signs to properly designate the two-hour parking limits.
