(A) A flashing yellow caution light or lights shall be installed at the intersection of South First Street (U.S. Route 45 South) and Center Street in the city which will be visible to traffic running north and south on South First Street as an additional indication that the intersection serves as a crosswalk which is used by a significant number of students attending Center Street Grade School.
(B) The employees of the city are directed and authorized to install a flashing yellow caution light or caution lights at the intersection of South First Street and Center Street drawing attention to the fact that the intersection is a crosswalk which will be visible to traffic driving both north and south on First Street (U.S. Route 45 South).
