(A) It shall be unlawful to operate any vehicle on the bridge on Northeast Fourth Street between Johnson Street and Mill Street in the city, when the gross weight on the surface of the bridge through any axle of the vehicle exceeds seven tons. On any street or bridge where the weight of vehicles permitted on the street or bridge is limited by ordinance and the signs indicating those limitations are posted, it shall be unlawful to operate a vehicle in excess of that weight on that street or bridge.

(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating any provisions of this schedule shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $50 for each offense.
