(A) A relocator may charge rates not to exceed $35 for the commercial towing or removal of trespassing vehicles from private or public property.
(B) In addition, a relocator may charge a rate for the storage, for periods in excess of 72 hours, of vehicles in connection with the towing or removal which shall not exceed $2 per day or any part of a day. However, no relocator shall impose charges for storage for the first 72 hours after towing or removal.
