§ 73.04 PROOF OF PERSON IN CONTROL OF VEHICLE AT TIME OF PARKING.
   The fact that a vehicle which is illegally parked is registered in the name of a person shall be considered prima facie proof that the person was in control of the vehicle at the time of the parking.
