§ 73.03 PARKING MOTOR VEHICLE WHICH CANNOT BE MOVED UNDER ITS OWN POWER AND TRAILER NOT CONNECTED WITH VEHICLE.
   No person shall park a motor vehicle in the streets of the city for a period of longer than two hours when the motor vehicle is not in a condition that it can be removed from that place under its own power, and no person shall park any trailer on any streets or parkways of the city for longer than two hours when the trailer is not connected with a motor truck or vehicle capable of moving the trailer.
