(A) No person shall stand or park a tractor, semitrailer, trailer, float or bus in any street in the city for a longer period than four continuous hours.
(B) Any vehicle parked in violation of this section is hereby declared to be a nuisance which may be abated by any police officer removing or having removed the vehicle to any authorized garage and the costs of removal shall constitute a lien upon the vehicle.
